6. Duration

These obligations apply from the moment of access and remain in effect until the information becomes publicly available through authorised disclosure by unival group GmbH.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Place of jurisdiction is Bonn, Germany.
