MXV-SV
MXV is a modular mobile X ray screening van designed to provide on demand, high quality screening of baggage, parcels, and cargo in mobile or temporary environments. The system integrates a full scale X ray screening solution, operator workstations, video surveillance, and supporting infrastructure into a vehicle based platform, enabling professional screening operations without the need for fixed installations.
The MXV concept is focused on baggage and cargo screening, rather than people screening. It is intended for use cases where luggage, parcels, or freight must be inspected efficiently and reliably at locations where permanent screening infrastructure is not available, not justified, or needs to be deployed flexibly.
MXV systems are installed on standard commercial vehicle platforms such as Mercedes Benz Sprinter or Iveco Daily, allowing deployment in a wide range of operational environments. The integrated X ray scanners are selected according to required tunnel size and throughput, with the MXV 6040 and MXV 8585 variants covering different baggage and cargo dimensions.
The MXV platform is designed for autonomous operation. Integrated power supply options, stabilization systems, and environmental protection measures support reliable operation in varying climatic and site conditions. The modular system design allows optional integration of additional inspection, identification, and monitoring technologies where required.
